We’ve been using Hypertype in our Customer support team the last months and it’s incredible how it decreased the reply time and making sure when we onboard new people to the team that they quickly get going. Indeed, this is one of the most useful implementations of AI to date. Writing repetitive emails and spending time looking for information in a multitude of places grinds away at a team's motivation. Just started testing this. Gmail integration looks quite neat, but my question is whether in the future there would be a way to further interact with it to tell it which kind of text you would like it to generate? (E.g. with ChatGPT you can tell it to make the text shorter, or give some further input to customize the message.)
