@ivan_ilin Finally, an AI-powered workspace that actually makes sense for knowledge management! 🔥 Love how IKI 2.0 brings everything together. The drag & drop and multi-select features sound super handy, and the security with AWS SOC2 compliance is a big plus.
In 1.0, we started with the basics: a collections system, a Chrome extension, and a GPT-powered assistant with no customization. Even with this minimal setup, we gained early adopters who believed in the product and patiently waited for the promised features.
We also had a shared IKI community with a social library, allowing users to follow others and explore collective knowledge. Since then, we’ve shifted towards more private and team-oriented workflows, significantly upgraded our LLM capabilities, and completely redesigned the knowledge management interface.
P.S. Maybe one day we’ll add # for topics and @ for sources — after all, history shows those symbols can change the game! 😉🚀
@max_orlov_ony I certainly see the value of adding support for #tags — given they work anywhere you can type! And increasingly @ mentions are being used to invoke bots, AI Assistants, and doc sources (as you said), so that also makes sense.
Reminds me of what Notion tried to do with second brain. Basically use your whole Notion resources and their LLMs to get info from it. Like a RAG on your personal digital files. But I surely can see the differentiation in IKI.AI. Congrats on the launch!
@deffro Thank you for getting the vision, dear Dimitris! Yes, it's like Notion that was built to be LLM-first. BTW here is a great podcast about what Notion is envisioned like - a LEGO for software!
@ivan_ilin No offence taken :) I know what the launch days are like - a combination of sleep deprivation, caffeine and weeks of work prior to the launch do mysterious things to the brain 😅
Happy IKIer here. Can't thanks enough Ivan and the entire IKI team for this gem, their support, and their motivation for making IKI better and stronger day after day. THANKS 🙏
