Finally had the opportunity to try this! I got it topped with bacon though... Does that ruin the experience πŸ˜… Really great flavor, and the texture was almost identical to real meat. If I could eat this every time I go out to eat, I would.

As a newly minted vegan this definitely does the trick as a meat substitute. It does really pass as meat but it is one of those things that you should eat while piping hot. Does not taste so good when just warmed in my opinion.
