Innovation Minds is the only solution that supports the holistic aspects of Employee experience such as Social Intranet, Rewards & Recognition, Surveys, Idea Challenges, Project Management and Collaboration tools. Also we strive to make day to day work itself more engaging and exciting instead approaching engagement as a silo program. This is different from Bitrix CRM. Hope it helps.
