Hi @mrbala_subramaniam! That looks interesting! I have one idea for a service like yours: It would be great to have access to other companies' impersonal metrics. Something similar to the SUPR-Q database. For example to get data from the market that in other companies junior specialists grow faster than yours, and seniors get lower salaries but have upper satisfaction according to NPS. I think it's very useful and doesn't violate confidentiality. Good luck:)

However, I agree, we can also extend these kind of benchmark insights to our universal engagement score scope too. Take care.

Also we strive to make day to day work itself more engaging and exciting instead approaching engagement as a silo program. This is different from Bitrix CRM. Hope it helps.
