@ravi_sharma01 thank you! we have different types of AI Agents: conversational AI Agents that communicate with customers and vertical AI Agents that have niche responsibilities. When it comes to human hand off, there is 2 ways to do that. If AI doesn’t know the answer it will initiate human hand off automatically or person itself asks for human help.
