The mix of AI chatbots and human touch seems like they got the balance right, not just another bot that answers with useless templated responses 🔥 Their agent + copilot combo looks dope.
When AI agents start making decisions on complex support issues, how do u handle the accountability gap between what the AI decides and what human agents would be responsible for? Like, who takes the blame when an AI decides something that a customer later disputes? 🤔
@p_val thanks for your feedback and curious question! The business who trains the Ai agent should prepare a good data for knowledge base, if Ai has no response it transfers to human. Or a client may request a real person to take over a chat.
