Can someone ask a quick question before booking a call, without going through a form?
@sarasolomakerΒ Yes, absolutely! No forms or qualification hoops needed: Feel free to drop your question right here in the comments/DMs. Happy to answer anything before you decide if a call makes sense!
How well does Watch & Learn handle a workflow when the steps change slightly between runs?
The amount of brain fog I get trying to remember a chart I saw "somewhere yesterday" is embarrassing. Just typed "quarterly churn breakdown chart" into Time Machine and it pinpointed the exact Chrome window and timestamp from 3 PM yesterday. Feels like an external hard drive for my memo
@wendybaΒ Yes! Being able to look back with the help of screen snapshots has become a daily habit for me.
@wendybaΒ βAn external hard drive for your memory"βwe might have to steal that line!
That exact moment of knowing you saw a number or chartΒ somewhereΒ but spending 20 minutes digging through browser history, Slack threads, and tabs to find it is the worst. So glad Time Machine saved you the headache!
@wendybaΒ love the line! awesome mental picture
One of my biggest pet peeves is AI notetaker bots showing up uninvited on client callsβitβs awkward, and clients often ask for them to be removed. I tried IrisGoβs meeting recap on a 45-minute strategy call: it listened locally on my Mac and turned the discussion into clear bullet points covering decisions and action items. A thoughtful way to keep meetings professional.
@romy_chouΒ This makes our day! "Bot fatigue" in client meetings is so realβnobody wants a conspicuous bot recording their conversation.
Listening locally on-device keeps things discreet, natural, and professional without sacrificing the clarity of having decisions and action items ready right after the call. Appreciate you sharing your experience!
@romy_chouΒ the awkward notetaker bot is so real......
How does IrisGo handle application crashes or network drops during a long-running multi-step task? Is there state persistence to resume from step 4 if step 5 fails?
Congrats on the launch though!
@suryansh_tiwari2Β Thank you! Really appreciate the kind words.
Because IrisGo uses anΒ Observe β Act β VerifyΒ loop, it doesn't blindly blast through a rigid script. If a network blip or app crash happens at step 5, the agent sees the actual screen state rather than failing silently or corrupting data.
Task history and conversation context are persisted locally, so you can easily tell it to resume or retry from where it left off without having to start over from step 1!
Can we bring our own API keys (BYOK) for OpenAI/Anthropic, or point IrisGo to local LLMs via Ollama for zero-data-leakage environments?
@anjaly_roseΒ Yes! You can use your own API keys (BYOK) for OpenAI and Anthropic so your traffic is governed by your own terms and rate limits.
On the local front, the memory vault, OCR, screen capture, and embeddings already run locally on your machine. Full local model integration via Ollama / custom OpenAI-compatible endpoints is actively on our roadmap to support fully offline / zero-data-leakage setups.
Watch and Learn, where you demonstrate a task once and it becomes a reusable workflow, is the most useful idea here since solopreneurs rarely want to configure automations by hand. Daily briefs and email triage cover the admin chores that eat the most time. Free during beta is a nice way to build trust early.
@karimbenkeroumΒ Really appreciate the kind words! Solopreneurs wearing every hat shouldn't also have to be automation engineersβdemonstration should be all it takes.
@gititnitΒ For builders juggling multiple projects, the biggest time-savers right out of the box are probably the following:
Inbox & Calendar Triage:Β Radar extracts to-dos and drafts replies so you spend minutes instead of hours on email.
Repetitive Browser Chores:Β Using Watch & Learn to automate routine metric pulls (Stripe, analytics) or downloading/renaming invoices and assets across tools.
Zero-Bot Meeting Summaries:Β Listening locally on your Mac to generate decisions and action items from client or user interviews.
Context Search:Β Time Machine lets you instantly recall transient terminal errors or docs you viewed earlier without breaking your flow.
Email takes the most time for me, so the inbox triage and daily brief are what I'd try first. Keeping your data on your own device is a big plus too. Which email apps does it work with right now?
@nrupen_mandavaΒ Today,Β Gmail / Google WorkspaceΒ is fully supported natively for Radarβs local caching, daily briefs, and automatic to-do extraction.
For desktop clients like Apple Mail, Superhuman, or Outlook, IrisGo can also navigate and automate workflows on screen via Live Computer Use and Watch & Learn. Direct integration for Outlook / Microsoft 365 is on our near-term roadmap!
Meeting transcripts and chat summaries could be useful for reviewing customer discovery calls. I'd still check the original transcript before turning a summary into follow-up commitments.
@wayne66Β Absolutely the right approach. Summaries are great for scanning, but for customer calls, the specific phrasing is where the real signal lives.
IrisGo keeps the complete, verbatim transcript right next to the summary so you can verify the exact conversation before drafting follow-ups or committing to roadmap items.
