This looks pretty interesting. I like the idea of making workflows easier to automate without having to set everything up from scratch.

Yes, for sure! Demonstration is simply the most human, natural way to delegate.

I spend half my day correlating log snippets between our internal terminal tools and a web dashboard. Being able to ask IrisGo "what was the alert timestamp I saw in Terminal earlier?" and having Time Machine pull it up instantly is a game changer.

This hits so close to home! Terminal history and transient alerts disappear so easily.

Having Time Machine act as that safety net across your terminal and browser means you never have to re-run a pipeline or hunt through log dumps just to verify a timestamp. Appreciate you sharing that!

What embedding model are you using for semantic recall on device? Is it quantized Gemma, MiniLM, or Apple's native CoreML embedding????

We use Embedding Gemma (quantized to run efficiently on-device) for local semantic memory and recall.

It strikes a great balance between low memory footprint/latency and high retrieval quality for indexing screen OCR chunks, local transcripts, and memory vault notes without sending your raw context off the device.

Where is the Time Machine SQLite database stored locally, and is it encrypted at rest using macOS FileVault or a dedicated passphrase?

The database lives locally on your drive:  ~/Library/Application Support/IrisGo/profiles/<profile-id>/timeline/data/.db/timeline.sqlite

It is a standard local SQLite database protected by OS-level file permissions and full-disk encryption (macOS FileVault on Mac, BitLocker on Windows), rather than a proprietary app-level passphrase. Everything stays strictly on your local machine.

Monthly billing often means copying numbers between several older apps. Being able to record that routine and replay it with Watch & Learn is a practical idea. How does replay handle an unexpected dialog between steps?

We have 0-shot computer use capability built into our automations, so any unexpected steps are resolved and learned into the workflows.

Unlike traditional click macros that fire blindly and break on popups, IrisGo observes the actual screen before every action.

If an unexpected dialog appears, it detects that the window state has changed. For standard confirmations, it can resolve or dismiss them contextually; for unexpected errors or ambiguous prompts, it halts safely and asks for your input rather than mis-clicking.

Can we trigger IrisGo workflows via incoming webhooks or local CLI scripts from terminal pipeline???

interesting Q, any workflows you and your team have in mind?

Great power-user question!  Currently, recurring workflows are primarily triggered through the Scheduled pane (via cron expressions, hourly/daily intervals) or directly inside the app chat.

I switch between writing, client emails, and figma constantly, IrisGo feels like it keeps the thread alive across all three apps without me having to re-explain context every time i open the window

Really glad that IrisGo can hold that cross-app context for you so you stay in flow rather than re-explaining things to yourself (or your tools) every time you switch windows.

Can we export or share recorded "Watch & Learn" workflows across team members? E.g., if I record a standard operating procedure for our ops team, can they run it on their machines???

 Yes, absolutely!

Watch & Learn saves demonstrations as structured, file-based skill definitions rather than rigid pixel macros. You can export or share the workflow definition with teammates so they can run the exact same SOP locally.

The side-by-side artifact canvas is very brilliant. I asked it to summarize my team's sprint activity and it generated an interactive live filterable dashboard right next to the conversation. No context switching needed.

Thanks for support! Glad that IrisGo have made your work easier.

A clear onboarding checklist matters for an app that needs screen recording and accessibility permissions. Having those setup steps explained together is a useful touch.

Thank you! We put a lot of care into that onboarding flow.
