Last week, I had an issue with the Uber's old app. When signing up it does not ask any email or password. No option to contact customer care via app. So I contacted via their website and they closed the issue says the email does not match registered email. Then I thought I should add email in the App first, Damn! it asks for a password. I did not set any password yet. Next step was to reset password. Then the app wants to send a rest email to phone-only-user-bla-bla@fake.ube.... So can't reset via this unknown email. Finally i need many support emails back and forth to sort this out! Hope the new App will solve these issues. CC @chrissaad @chrismessina
