@en_chiang Yeah. We have a few businesses in the QSR vertical and they are amongst the heavy weight users of the product. I think the key lies in understanding user preferences and behaviour and using it to drive interaction. Most of the restaurants go overboard and send notifications for every single day and every single offer. Hygiene checks like - - Segmenting users by their choice of cuisine - Planning weekend communication well in advance - Running specific A/B experiments to figure out the opt frequency of communication - Avoiding messaging during lunch hours. Planning communication well in advance and scheduling it just before lunch/ dinner hours.
