Excited to see this launch, on sales teams I’ve led, product feedback has a tendency to get lost in chat history, clearly there needs to be a better way!
Very interesting product! I like the simplicity of your logo and homepage too, kudos! I like how you meld the project management with the actual product - seems like a great combo when working with anything visual. I'm wondering how well it would work (in practice) with a team of back and frontend engineers who are collaborating. In other words, how well does it work for non-visual tasks, do you have user feedback on that topic?
Thanks @tom_langridge ! Jeff (jhil.co) made our logo, he is an amazing designer! And @peckz and @renahlee made the site, the kudos is to all of them!
Great question! A lot of backend errors surface in the front end and so we hear from beta users that they even use Jam to report backend errors, pinpoint how to reproduce them and create GitHub issues/Jira tasks/etc for them in just a few clicks.
When I first saw Jams product, my jaw dropped. It feels like you unlocked an easter egg on your website with its Konami-code interaction. Very impressed by the speed of the Jam team shipping new features and even more impressed by their pun game 👌 Keep up the good work!
I'm using Jam at work now and really loving it! It's super natural for my teammates to leave comments on the live site where they see them, and I can see them and address them from localhost! Jam brings a level of polish to our site that wouldn't have been there otherwise; it makes it easy to file and fix UX tasks that would have otherwise been too small to prioritize. Definitely recommend it!
