@gracebates Hey Grace, this is an area where we’ve invested a lot of effort. The voice sounds truly human- you won’t be able to tell it’s AI, and the avatar is remarkably lifelike.
Best of all, candidates don’t have to tap or press anything. Our system detects when speech ends and automatically moves to the next question.
Within two minutes, you’ll forget about the avatar and simply enjoy a natural, engaging conversation.

Our platform utilizes Rubric Scoring meaning that when you create an interview, we will define requirements which candidates need to meet to have strong, moderate or weak score. Then during the interviews, each candidate is compared agains that same rubric removing any potential bias. In the results screen, you can see results for each assessment so event the scores could be explained easily!
