@achxvi Hi Chain! Thank you for supporting us :)) The main differences are our search game. Our whole product is all about making info more accessible across web apps. We've got generative Q&A search and semantic search, which, as far as I know, Raycast doesn't have. We are capitalizing on making it super simple for users to find what they are looking for. We do this by having super fast search plus quality results. Also, Klu adapts to your work patterns to understand the things you query. We also have a collaborative aspect which Raycast and other don't offer. You can create a team space and invite your team. This is good because your team know where to find these items. Your AI-powered Search Engine is an excellent solution for accessing and organizing internal information. 1 quick question: How can we ensure that the document won't accidentally be shared with other colleagues through AI (as I sometimes see apologies from ChatGPT :D)? @maxtpham Hi Max, by default, all your documents are assigned to personal scope. Which means that it's only visible by you (who connected the app). This prevent unintended situations like you described. πŸ€—

Congrats on launch! A much-needed tool to quickly find information because I never remember has I had talk about something on Slack or Telegram, or did I saved my file to the Downloads folder or is it at the Google Drive? What kind of integrations are supported? Your Pricing page says about 250MB limit for Personal use; how it translates to the amount of information which can be found via search?
@ruslanfg Hi Russian, 250 MB limit is for the limit of files you manualy upload to Klu, so it’s not related to how many files you can search (if you connected an app instead of uploading files manually) πŸ˜€

Hi @sandradjajic and team, I can see the hard work here. Kudos! β˜„οΈ I have some questions, could you please help me satisfy my curious mind? 1. Klu AI: Every time I search for anything, I encounter the error "Klu AI is not currently available. Please try again later." I am not sure why this is happening, so I decided to dig deep. I understand that Klu AI is an LLM (Language Model), so I am curious about how user data privacy is maintained. As far as I know, LLMs work by synthesizing data so they can learn from the corpus and provide results. Does this mean that my data can be shown as part of the answers to other users' searches? 2. I added the Trello integration, but my tasks weren't synced even after 15 minutes. What is the frequency of data syncing in this case? 3. Regarding search, I read a comment that said Klu needs to extract keywords from the data, such as document titles, time, etc., to support keyword matching. The rest of the data is encrypted by AWS. Does this mean that my search will only work on limited fields? What if I want to search for any keyword in the body? Please let me know if I made any mistakes. Thank you! πŸ™

@elysian_techne Hi Eli to answer you questions 1. we should do better on the error message, but it could be the indexing hasn’t completed and we couldn’t find relevant documents to use as context to the ai. 2. The indexing happens at first time and then incrementally. When you search for something, we also query the api (not just our internal index) to ensure you always get latest results. Those new items are then used to update our indexes. 3. You can still search those fields. Before encrypting the content, we store the vectors of those content so that when you search, we still can identify which content is similar to your query. Hope this helps!
