Gone are the days when one would waste days creating a knowledge base only to find one of the components of your product has been updated, so you need to update the KB once again. With Klu, I believe this becomes a lot easier. It's a KB for my internal data, for free! What more could someone ask for! What's more, it connects with Notion. Congratulations on the launch guys!

Answer to your question: for pdf files, we currently index the content of files that are below 10MB. the metadata is still indexed, so you still can find the file if you search. but for files larger than 10MB, you will find the file by the title, author, etc. but not by the content.
Excellent job Klu team! As Iβm sure you know, the problem you are solving is a particularly big mess in corporate environments. Picture years and years of data everywhere and being expected to make sense of it instantly in such a complicated environment. I think Klu is the answer to that.
Corporate is also where you will get and Iβd assume are already getting your biggest deals. However, their biggest concern will be security. They are not going to want their data to be put in a cloud or anywhere outside of their control. How does Klu address this?
@philalampi yesss! We are aiming to fix that. Going into corporate world means a lot of security compliances that we are doing now like SOC2 certification.
@philalampi@sandradjajic Thank you Phil. As my colleague said, we are mitigating that by getting soc 2 certification which is the first thing corporations ask for when inquiring to a new tool. We also provide enterprise-grade encryption, even we can't see the data. We also working on making klu a self hosted.
