Hey Product Hunt 👋 Andriana here, co-founder of kōdlo🐍

The Problem. Selling a complex product takes hours of prep. You jump between a few disconnected tools to research accounts, draft personalized outreach, and assemble pitch decks. Context gets lost, and you end up spending more time on prep than talking to buyers.

The Solution. kōdlo is an end-to-end sales workspace that keeps the context for you. Find prospects, research them, and write messages, proposals and decks in one place. Everything you do there, from research and notes to your documents and past conversations, stays in kōdlo's memory, so each new piece of work builds on what it already knows.

What makes it different? kōdlo is built on one shared memory that every agent can use. The agent also sees what you see. Chat sits on the left, your work on the right. On top of that sits everything you need to sell: prospecting, research, your own knowledge base, outreach, decks, a task tracker, team collaboration and scheduled work.

Key features:
🎯 Find prospects with a reason. Describe who you sell to and kōdlo finds matching companies and decision makers. Each one comes with evidence for why it fits, like a funding round, a job ad or a line on their website.
🔍 Deep search. Research on any company, market or person, written up as a report where every claim links to its source.
📚 Knowledge Hub. Upload price lists, case studies, tech docs, even scanned PDFs. kōdlo answers from your own documents and cites the file and page it used.
✍️ Writes in your voice. LinkedIn messages, connection notes and proposals in a tone of voice you set once. You send them yourself.
📊 Decks in your brand. kōdlo builds a template from your PowerPoint and exports to PPTX or PDF.
⏰ Work that keeps going. Put tasks on a schedule or hand kōdlo a list of up to 5,000 rows to work through.
🔌 Your context in your AI tools. Connect kōdlo over MCP and use the same prospects, plans, documents and decks in Claude Desktop, Claude Code, Codex, OpenAI Work and Dots, or any other tool that supports MCP.

Who is it for? Founders and small teams selling B2B SaaS, sales people in IT services companies, and anyone selling a technical product where the know-how sits with the engineers.

Huge thanks to our core team, Ivan, Jakub and Vitalii, and to Rohan for hunting us!
We’re here for honest feedback and our first users. Tell us what works, what feels confusing, and what’s missing — we’re ready for critiques. Every comment gets read, and the best ideas go straight onto our roadmap.

We built kōdlo to ban out of touch and blunt outreaches ☝️now you can also start establishing relationships at scale while keeping it meaningful.

Excited to hear your feedback, The Team 🚀

One suggestion – in the monthly tier – I would incorporate more items than in the free one because it psychologically looks like you offer more than in the free tier, so people have the feeling they pay for more value.

Thanks Nika, that makes a lot of sense! 🙌

In our case it works a bit differently because it’s a free trial, not a fully free plan. So during the trial you get the same features, and the plans mostly differ in capacity.

But you’re right about the psychology behind it, and we’ll keep it in mind for the next pricing and product changes. Really appreciate you taking the time to share this!

Congrats. Does the deck generator use custom layouts and styles or it works on top of preset templates?

thank you! It works on your own company design, not preset templates. You upload your existing company deck and pick the slides you want to keep fixed, for example the opening slide and a closing thank you slide. kōdlo then builds a template from your design and uses it every time it generates a new presentation, so every deck looks like it came from your team.

Template extraction is a preview feature, and your feedback will be highly appreciated!

Congrats on the launch 🐍! The shared memory idea is what stands out to me. Sales prep usually falls apart because context gets lost between tools, so it’s good to see someone fix that at the root!

Thank you! 🐍 We agree, that’s exactly the problem we set out to solve. kōdlo is the place where all your sales context lives, so you don’t lose it between tools and can scale your sales without starting from scratch every time.

The sales offers and deliverables can change frequently. Does the Knowledge Hub handle changes and reflect the latest version when generating proposals?

KH organizes data into projects and works as agentic RAG, so agents have several tools for fetching data from it, including metadata. Agents in kōdlo can see which artifacts are in KH (not just semantically relevant snippets), so they can pick the latest version when asked. I confirmed this with Claude Code too. You can also pin specific projects so only those are visible to the agent, but that toggle is UI-only for now.
On top of this you can create different campaigns for different offers , search prospects for exactly that campaign's ICP and have specific instructions like outreach strategies or smth your agent should know.

Can the Knowledge Hub be updated by multiple team members, and are there permissions for keeping sensitive documents restricted? Congrats on the launch!

you can have shared projects in KH as well as private ones.

Hey Andriana, huge congratulations on the launch to you and the entire team! 👏

Sales teams often need different offers and messaging for different clients and prospects, and keeping all of that synced and unified is especially valuable when you're working with a sales team. Even as a solo operator, sales people can struggle to keep the right offers and outreach templates in place, particularly for outbound, so kōdlo feels genuinely useful.

The MCP integration is also especially interesting. Being able to connect kōdlo’s context to AI tools like Claude Desktop, ChatGPT Work, and coding agents makes the workflow much more powerful.

Wishing you and the team all the best! :)

thank you so much Rohan, and thanks for all your support along the way! 🙌

You touched on something important. kōdlo has its own AI layer in the architecture, so AI isn’t a feature added on top, it’s built into how the whole product works. That also gives every salesperson traceability. You can always see where a piece of information came from and why the agent suggested something.

And that’s why MCP matters so much to us. People already sell with their own AI tools every day. kōdlo collects all the context about your leads in one place, so whether you work in Claude, ChatGPT or a coding agent, you take that context with you and can scale the selling you’re already doing.

It’s also a place where your whole sales team and their agents work together. Through MCP, for ex. Claude can even read the comments your teammates or their agents left in your shared workspace.

How often does Kōdlo refresh its data? There may be signals like funding or hiring that can change over time and keeping up with those is important.

Kōdlo works a bit differently. Instead of maintaining and updating a static database, it runs a prospect search whenever a user requests one, then saves the findings and contacts to its built-in CRM. Each search draws on the most recent data available online and from our data providers.

congrats on the launch! What sources do you use to build context on prospects, and how do you decide which signals are relevant for personalising outreach beyond the usual funding, hiring, or job changes?

Thanks! The context is built dynamically for each search request by the Discovery agent, using open-source data and data from our providers. The kōdlo agent then uses that context to draft several options for personalized outreach. These usually focus on the prospect’s pain points and how the campaign’s offer can address them.

That said, it’s flexible: you can define a different outreach strategy in the campaign overview, for example opening with industry-specific news. In our experience, other signals like funding rounds, hiring, or job changes are more useful for qualifying prospects than as outreach hooks.

It’s also worth noting that Claude Desktop, when connected, works with kōdlo’s tools a bit differently.

I wonder if the agents get confused when I have many different versions of the same pitch deck in my hub. How does it know which one is the final one?

Thanks, that’s a really interesting question, and there are a few scenarios to consider. Ultimately, if anything is ambiguous, the agent will ask you to clarify.

KH doesn’t have built-in version control, but the agent uses an internal virtual file system (VFS) that tracks versions of the artifacts it works with where it fetches data from KH. So far, I haven’t run into issues with multiple versions of the same record in KH, but I’d love to hear about your experience so we can improve the solution!
