@rrhoover @hamza_afzal_butt Thanks Hamza! AI-powered interviews are completely personalized because the follow up question is based on previous answers. It ends up being like a conversation. Interestingly, it uncovers new insights because users are more honest with the interview. When you do a call with a user, they will often say nice things to avoid hurting the interviewers feelings. Oh no this is the end of Product Managers...doing boring and dirty work! Heck yeah! Honestly, I'm more excited taking what AI gave me and turn these ideas/insights into strategies, modify PRDs and tickets so I have something to go off of. That's cool. Love how AI can interview users and learn more about what's behind each of their feedback. I'm curious what powers the product AI so it has no hallucinations? And how do teams fine tune and improve the quality of the generated content and analytics work? Congrats on the launch @yanaw and team!

@tonyhanded Thanks Tony! Our analysis is built with a chain-of-thought process, with one crucial step being to revisit the body of feedback to ensure the output aligns with the original feedback. This helps us eliminate hallucinations in ways most other solutions can’t. Users provide feedback to our system by editing the AI output, removing mentions, and more. We’re using this input to train the model to behave increasingly in line with each user’s preferences. It’s like a junior PM getting edits on her Google doc as she learns and improves :)

It's faster, fine-tuned, provides analysis on more types of sources and creates PRDs and analyzes user interviews. We have different types of plans to meet your team's unique needs. @arsyadjuliandi Thank you! It was really important to us that Kraftful becomes the complete repository of all feedback. Because the moment you have to look for some feedback somewhere else, there's suddenly much more work to be done to reconcile the info.

That's great! I am excited to see the vigorous development of Kraftful. We really need to extract real product requirements from user feedback. Kraftful seems to be able to solve this problem! I want to know if Kraftful can be connected to featurebase. At present, most of our user feedback comes from featurebase, and some comes from LinkedIn messages.

@zenda1122 great question! We don't have a native integration with Featurebase or LinkedIn messages, but if you're able to export the information in a CSV file, you can upload directly to Kraftful. You can also create a Zapier template as a workaround. Please let us know if you have questions while testing this, we're happy to support and it sounds like Kraftful could certainly be beneficial.
