@filip_ognjanovic thanks so much for your support ✨ Really great question! Kraftful first identifies specific issues and shares the prevalence in which each issue is mentioned in your feedback. From there, you have the opportunity to select the issues that are most pertinent and create user stories from there. After that, you may export them! In terms of customization, we have the ability to customize templates or formats on our roadmap because we know every product team is a little different. But for now, after you export them, you can edit them directly in Jira or CSV! Excited to hear what you think, and thanks for dropping us a note!

Thanks @adamgold7! Great question. We analyze a variety of sources using LLMs and other machine learning methods like embeddings. Text analysis is one thing that we can analyze but we also look at app store reviews, support tickets, call transcripts, CSV file, survey data, etc. Basically any place that users can share their feedback w/ you!
