I did a lot of research before selecting a tool for cross-browser testing. I chose LambdaTest and all I can say is: Great tool! I've been using it for a month and it has helped our agency eliminate extra computers, people and tons of time during our testing process and given us a wider range of possibilities.
Pros:

- Tons of browser + OS combinations
- Excellent customer support
- Nice UI looks professional
Cons:
Screenshots results are neatly sorted by browser/OS. When you revisit report, layout differs and sorting is gone which is a pain.
@rekhaprabhu You would get access to all testing logs like network logs, console logs, command logs and even selenium raw logs. In addition we take automated screenshots after every executed command, and record a video of the whole test execution. Let me know what reporting features you would like to see in future releases and I would be happy to include them in our sprints :)

I have whole setup on local Selenium, how to switch to Lambdatest grid?
@ritikadwivedi1 It's really easy to switch to LambdaTest grid if you have all the test scripts setup. You would just have to callout remote webdriver, instead of local webdrivers, and define which browsers environments you have to run tests on though selenium desired capabilities, and you are all set.

@ishagupta25 if you have teammates connected with your account they would by default be able to tests executed by you. If you wish to send the test results to a project management tool, we have integration with 15+ most popular project management platforms like Jira, asana, trello, gihub, gitlab, etc.
You can integrate your LambdaTest instance with your project management tool and push bugs from LambdaTest directly to the bug tracker tool, and that with a single click.

Highly recommended as an alternative tool. Yes, sometimes it fails as well as the browserstack does, but it gives you an additional opportunity at least.
Yes, it is not for free, but the amount of browsers versions available is growing up and eventually any web-applications develpment company gonna face the uneasy choice - sacrifice the product quality or some funds.
The sole thing I hate about the lambda test is the periodic performance loss and the final freeze subsequently. The symptom is the window blur like a granuled image.
