My experience so far

Sign up & onboarding

- A sign up form would have been fine. I know it's trying to showcase the bot, but a form is much more efficient and in this case the UX was hindered.

- Had to cycle through several usernames that were already taken. Don't seem to be used for a subdomain. Unclear why unique username required?

- No way to relaunch the "onboarding wizard"

Will update when I've worked with the actual product.

I have use this bot on a project that basically needs a customer support 24/7 but doesn't have money for a call center, so I created a bot that grabs a customer needs and activates different automations. Bottom line, I increase the leads and the sales.

The micro interactions when the bot respond are gold!

Allow multiple respond messages so the user don't get the same answers each time

Still wondering where this can be practically used. Though I feel it's too early for chatbot based landing pages, though this could be good for onboarding/collecting information who are already aware of you.

Looks beautiful and does what it claims to do

No logical sequencing in free version :p

To use the landbot for any official use, the logo of landbot shouldn’t be there. This should be offered even in the basic plans.
