@julian_renard Thanks for the support Julian! We're working on making customization through Landbot more and more intuitive, although you can always skip the process and go straight to the classic menu with checks and dropdowns to personalise it right from the app :) Regarding the JS thing, we're aware of the potential it could have for coders but our main aim is to keep it simple for the average Joe. Might release some options for coders that want to dig a bit deeper in customization tho, thanks for the feedback!! 🙌🏽

@kim_carpenter Hi Kim and thanks for the support! Yes, testing landbot can be a bit tricky (we're working on that!) but all you have to do is test it in an incognito window (Cmd/Ctrl + Shift + N) on your browser. This way, it'll identify you as a new visitor and the flow will start from the beginning. If you want to try it again, close the window and open it again, then paste the URL. @anodigital btw, the pricing seems wayyy to high for this. Having tiers would be better IMO. Even the 50% off price of $25 is too high fort someone who'd only use this on 1 website.

@anodigital thanks for the feedback, already fixed the bug! About the pricing, we do have different tiers it´s just the enterprise tier is not available for. On the other hand I´d like to think it depends on the value you could get using Landbot. Many of our users are seeing an increase of 200% in their lead generation rate which helps them to get more sales. In these cases they are very happy to pay for this price :) Also with the professional plan you will get any number of Landbot using it at any website you want!

@iamchrislaurent Thanks, Chris! Regarding pricing, we believe that it all depends on the value it adds to your business. In terms of Lead Capturing, we've seen a +3X increased conversion rate, which would make the pricing fair. Also, we've checked other Landing Page' Providers pricing ranges and believe it's a good starting point, but will be definitly iterating it! :)
