As both a conference organizer and a speaker, I know the space has a TON of challenges. It's not transparent, there's little efficiency, it's hard for newer voices to rise up so you end up with the same people at every event. Can't wait to see the positive impact Leaders will have on the space.

Pros:

Gender balanced - great quality speakers

Cons:

New platform so will likely be room for improvement

I, for one want all events to raise the bar for speakers, and the main barrier to that is access. This is a great way to accomplish that, and a great starting point to build a next-gen professional events platform.
