I used Leapsome Meetings as a trial back in my days as a manager at Salesforce because I was looking for something to make meetings more effective and outcome driven in a hybrid working world. Back then unfortunately I was not able to license it, so even better now to see, that this is now free for everyone to use 🚀

@soumilrathi Hi Soumil, thank you so much for the support! You can indeed review meeting agendas prior to joining the meeting that you've been added to. Talking points & action items are all available to meeting participants prior to the meeting's start time, which allow for collaboration and alignment even before the meeting starts. We'd love for you to try it out and let us know what you think!

Although I might be a bit biased as I'm working at Leapsome, as a manager, Leapsome Meetings is just about my fav tool as it saves me and everyone else just so much time, making every meeting way more effective. As I can create my own meeting templates, the agenda is super-flexible and truly fitting the here and now. Also, it's super intuitive, a no brainer really.

Sounds like a very good idea! Can't wait to try it out and see if it really brings value to regular meetings. Of course this only works when management doesn't like to hear themselves talk, which was a problem I faced in the past. Wish you all the best with this launch!

@michacassola Thank you for the support Micha! The collaborative agenda actually helps giving each participant more ownership over the meeting. Since it's transparent who put which point on the agenda, management tends to find it easier to take a step back and listen first.
