I love the functionality of my 1:1 and team meetings. Before Leapsome, I was one of those "why do we need an agenda, let's talk it out" people, but it truly is a game changer for me. Knowing what we're talking about before a meeting makes the time so much more productive and efficient!!!

As a person tired of meetings that lead to poor outcomes with no actionable content, I applause Leapsome!

@pierre_landoin Thanks Pierre, appreciate your help! What is the number one meeting in your calendar you'd like to see change for the better?

💡 Bright idea
Neat to be able to use templates for recurring meetings and being able to collaborate on agendas. I love the clean UI and crisp use case! Will give more feedback after testing more. On the wishlist (so far) is a more streamlined onboarding focusing on the right flow. I assumed from the pop-up it was an interactive product tour, but it was a checklist where I ended up struggling a little with getting started because it seemed I could try different things (like creating action points), but I really have to start by deciding wether to sync my calendar to be able to do the other things! Congratulations on the launch and serious effort to making meetings better. We all need it!

@sabina_sonning Thank you so much for diving right in there and providing valuable feedback Sabina! The onboarding is indeed something we are currently re-evaluating, will take your feedback to heart!

Yes, meeting agendas couuuuld be planned in a shared doc or similar. But having all theses nuanced functionalities like receiving a timley reminder notification with already added talking points, commenting on talking points and assigning action items, as well as making talking points private that you may not want to share with everyone attending are really a big game changer!

@paula_deutsch Thank you for the support Paula!

Having a clear agenda and leaving with set action items is crucial in running effective meetings and really changes the game. Can't recommend highly enough!

@melissa_miller_leapsome Thank you Melissa :)

Organized + prepared meetings are the "one habit upstream of all the others" (for me) to ensure I'm making the most of my time and others and following through on everything important. The tool helps build that habit and scale it to the rest of the team!

Leapsome's Meetings feature is an incredible tool and time saver. When I was a manager for a 10k-person company, we had no way to keep track of meetings or even had templates to follow for how to have an effective 1:1. This led to high turnover and dissatisfaction from a mostly remote team. I've been happily using Leapsome's meetings for 2 years now and I often think back to how much this would have helped me as a manager. Amazing tool and you can't beat free!

@trevor_murray2 Thanks a lot for your help Trevor!

If this existed 10 years ago my graduate scheme years would have been a bit more interesting. Very nice idea with tons of potential. All the best!
