@ifranchini I totally agree! We do a couple of things to ensure you don't lose any important context: 1. First we identify the participant in the conversation and ensure that we weight their responses higher in our model 2. We then summarize key paragraphs of what the user said in bullets. This is where it's really important not to summarize too much text—we've played around with this a lot to get to the sweet spot of capturing enough nuance, while still reducing reading time I'd love to get your thoughts once you've tried it out for yourself!

This is cool, I have a bunch of user interviews audios that I want to get AI to synthesise for me to see if I miss anything or if there are any additional new insights. So I definitely want to give this a try. But I have a question: It seems that I could test out this feature by simply uploading a video/audio without creating an account. How does data privacy/permissioning work here? If in the future, I would like my uploads to be removed/deleted from the system, is it possible? It might be mentioned somewhere and I might have missed it. Lastly, the Brewnote interface doesn’t render properly on my iPhone 14 Pro (in both Chrome and Safari). Sharing in case you aren’t aware of it. It looks like the page isn’t set up for automatic sizing based on screen size.

We value your privacy highly and if you want us to delete any of your uploads from BrewNote, please let me or the support team know (via Intercom widget or support@looppanel.com). We will delete your data immediately. BrewNote is governed by the same data policy as Looppanel (www.looppanel.com) - full version of the product. You can find documentation on our website about this. We tried to make it as easy as possible to experience our AI notes feature through BrewNote. That's why we don't ask you to create an account. The full version of the product offers more control over your data directly as well as other features such as: 1) Free transcripts + AI notes for 15 calls 2) Ability to edit + tag your notes 3) Ability to create video clips with a single click Let me know if you've any follow ups. :) Also, thanks for the feedback about responsiveness.
