I have used so many different mail programs that I have lost count. Then I found Mailbird and I haven't looked back. It was a no brainer to pay for Mailbird too! It has been well worth it. They put a lot of time and care into this product. I have used it for years now and I have pointed many people, family and friends in their direction. Thanks for all the time you put in. You have a great product that I love!
During my long careers, I must have used pretty much every email client out there. Far and away the best email client I have ever used, though, is Mailbird. This is where beauty and power meet. Vacillate no longer. Get Mailbird. You won't be disappointed.
@philip_king Thank you very much. It is very much appreciated!

Really excellent product, probably the best e-mail client our there. I started a subscription 16 months ago and I'm a very satisfied customer. Easy to use, totally reliable, never had a problem with it. Recommended !
@mario_antonacci Thanks a lot! Let us know if you have any suggestions or questions :)

The best, and I mean it, the BEST, E-mail app for Windows. Power users will agree.
Allows you to move E-mails between accounts seamlessly (rare feature). Yet friendly enough for regular users.
I was an Airmail orphan having migrated from MacOS to Windows. Found Mailbird. Miss Airmail no more.
Mailbird is SO good, I even use its built-in calendar as my main calendar. Its "add-on" (the calendar) is better than the default Windows calendar. That's to say how high is this program's bar.
And you can even access Google Drive, Google Keep, and other web based apps from it, in a "web app hub" like environment.
Only one complaint: dark mode has not been ported to their built-in calendar. Weird to switch between black and white inside the app.
Suggestion: archive option when inside a "tag" (sub-folder), can only archive in INBOX, in subfolders I have to manually move the E-mail to the ALL E-MAILS folder.
@sandro_mancini Thank you Sandro for sharing your feedback! I'm really glad you enjoy Mailbird and the built-in calendar - which has been my focus since joining the team.
Regarding the dark theme for the calendar, I can tell you we've heard this feedback from multiple users and it's on our to-do list.
As for archiving mails which are not in the Inbox, I will forward this to the team and we'll take it into consideration. Thank you for your suggestions and for helping make Mailbird even better!
@robert_ezekiel Hello Robert, we have delighted to hear that! Let us know if you think we can improve anything, we appreciate all the feedback!

I've been using Mailbird for a while now, and it's 99% positive. There would be a bug occasionally, but what software doesn't have those? The important thing is that these guys always treat their customers very well, respond timely to requests and actually listen to the suggestions. And you can't say that about everybody.
I really like this soft, and highly recommend it. It's not particularly expensive, too, and definitely worth every penny.
@denis_shvetsov Thank you for the kind words, Denis! 😊 If you have any suggestions which would make your Mailbird experience even better, let us know.

FINALLY THEY NAILED IT !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Used mailbird 2 years ago - Uninstalled it. Tried it again last year - uninstalled it. Tried it again this year and .....................BAMMMMM!!!!! They finally nailed it. I have 9 email accounts that are a blend of gmail, hosted corporate mail and hard ones like the cheap email from network solutions that you need a german degree to get to work in 3rd party clients, and mailbird handles them also. I also run the integrated whatsapp which is FLAWLESS and i have 5 calendars synced. Unless some mailbird product manager goes off the rails with a future update, I am not leaving mailbird EVER.
PS - I tested (for weeks) and uninstalled the following before deciding on mailbird as my daily driver :
Windows 10 mail: too many lost emails, can not even change the order of my accounts
Outlook: SLOW and bloated
Mailspring: My second choice, but it can be slow and the updates break frequently
Thunderbird: Stuck in the 1990s
eMclient: used for a full year and then updates killed it. Became slow, mails would disappear, etc.
MAILBIRD - Send me a T-shirt guys!

Mailbird is so clean and easy to use, it took me away from using a webmail interface back to a desktop client. Great design and user experience but still with many excellent and innovative features.
@chrishall57 Thank you Chris for your feedback! 😊 We're glad you're enjoying Mailbird! In case you have any ideas for improvement, let us know.

I have researched a ton of mail applications for windows. After using Mac OS they all looked and felt terrible. Mailbird is the only one with comarable UI, design and features.
