Maven - Follow interests, not influencers

Isn’t it the same following interest, not influencers in traditional social media ? You can also do this on other social media too. No one download app on App Store.

Curious as to the choice of name? Would love the backstory here!

https://www.producthunt.com/prod... We created this 6 years ago a social network of action on similar insights. I wish India had heard us. But, instead, India tried to herd us. We are decided to not give up. Yet, we never managed invetment and lost the team for so many rejections. Now the team is back.

I hate the feeling of being manipulated by algorithms. Once I like a certain type of KOL, the algorithm keeps recommending similar KOLs to me.

I like the concept, but the design is confusing and hard to read. First, if you're going to provide a dark mode, please provide a light mode. There's a reason that writing for most of history has been black text on a white background. Dark mode is hard for some of us to read, especially with the design you've chosen. Second, the design is extremely confusing. It's not quickly obvious where one post ends and the next one starts. Putting recommended other posts before the comments makes no sense. Overall, I just don't see this taking off. It looks like it's been live for 6+ months and topics that have a bunch of traction on other platforms have few to no posts here. But the usability is the biggest barrier.

Pretty cool. But is there any way to see the analytics on your posts?

I think it's exciting to see a platform focusing on interests rather than just people - it could really change how we discover and discuss things online.
