This feels like a hugely valuable API that's going to enable so many cool products to be built in the future...
If I'm understanding it right, this would open up the opportunity for many more "integrated" todo / project management tools, and far better reporting at a company level to help teams and individuals work together with the same core concepts (like tickets, projects, users) but care less about the specific tool each resides in.

@jamesjgill Yes exactly! Thanks James. The use cases we've found with our other categories stretch far and wide, and so we're really excited to see what people do with our ticketing API. Some examples we've already seen are MDM companies tracking device issuance, security platforms opening issues on project management platforms as they appear, and Merge itself opening tickets for CSMs to follow up with customers when their API keys are no longer functional.
Between the product and their team, no other tool for integrations comes close. They're responsive on support and their product just works. Worth every penny!
