Congrats on the launch, and kudos for creating a nice looking, fun and easy to use Product Tour Editor ! Everything now is about "show, don't tell". Well Milestone does exactly that and helps you show your product in action instead of screenshots and never ending loom videos. Love it.

💡 Bright idea
I wish this was launched a couple months ago... I was looking for THIS exact thing. I tried a ton of other options and ended up with a weird open source mess instead. Tons of people will sign up for complex platforms and abandon because it's hard to get things set up. A good example would be a social media management tool (buffer, taplio, etc...). There are 100 features and you have to figure out what to do, how to get started... and that process is a challenge that can make users not get started. Good onboarding to show off the features is a huge way to get people to stick with the platform and reduce churn. Excellent product and congrats on the launch!!

@sasha_zaiats I ended up using this free solution, https://shepherdjs.dev. It's not terrible, but it's sort of basic and takes quite a bit of time to set up. If there was ever a low cost tier, I'd surely use milestone though. Looks cool for sure, but a bit too much for me at this point... Anyone with a profitable SaaS should invest though for sure.

I really love the idea behind this tool / others that take on the onboarding flow by adding gamification for no code folks trying to implement solutions that simply just work. I guess the main differentiator between this and say an arcade or even Intercom's product tours would be the gamification component? I'd love to hear a little more about your differentiators for the tours!

@dzaitzow Thanks! Our main differentiators is gamification and dragging user throughout the platform. As for gamification we have branching, animations and virtual assistants. stay tuned, because we just launched this one, but are already planning something wow!! P.S. we have almost similar surnames, lol

@qubafatima thanks! we have a capturing feature to capture the flow in just few clicks with Chrome extension, and our cherry on top – we let users choose which flow they want to be enrolled to first, none of the competitors have it! and we're first who implemented gamification - it's our main value!
