Mythia is the world’s first debit card for gamers. Rewards include free video games, PlayStations, and XBoxes. The Mythia app is designed like a game, with weekly challenges, reward boxes, and you can team up with friends for even more rewards.

Congrats on the launch Derek and the Mythia team! Debit cards make a ton of sense for the target demographic of gamers! When I was really into Magic the Gathering in my teens or later when I briefly played Hearthstone, would have loved to have a way just to track and manage my spending there. Rewards would be an amazing bonus! And I haveta ask— what ICCUP ranking did you get to? 😃

@dtran320 I was really into Magic as well! I was actually a certified judge :D I don't actually remember what my highest ranking was. Let's just say I don't think I was gonna be a pro gamer ;P but I really enjoyed playing!

This is awesome! It always seemed silly that what people earn from card spend is airline miles when there are so many other currencies that people want. Love the gem mechanic

Hugely excited about this, made a deposit to my first mythia card, there is definitely a dopamine hit from opening chests haha. I could even see potential for this to extend beyond games. The value prop of it “being a fun rewards card that actually rewards you instead of wasting ur time with obscure rules” has huge potential in a market full of rewards programs that are so boring even my grandpa loses interest (and he’s the type of dude who’d make a fuss when a grocery store increases the price of apples by a few cents)
