HR and Tech doesn't go hand in hand. MyWays.ai is truly disruptive that way. It is a perfect liason between production and recruitment where the HR doesn't have to worry too much about what to look for in tech candidate, and production does not have to worry about retention. @samyak_jain29 My CV only includes my GitHub url 😏 So I doubt it would work atm, unless the model goes through my code on my linked in as well? That would be cool!
