Is the hyper personalization aspect able to lead with a more "how we help solve your pain point" approach? With demos, I wouldn't want to lose a potential prospect because the AI sales agent tried to pitch features instead of solving for the prospect's actual challenge.

Naoma is designed to lead with discovery, not features. The agent asks questions first: what the prospect is trying to solve, what's not working today, what success looks like for them. The product demo follows that context, not a predetermined script.

The goal is for the prospect to feel understood before they see anything. A feature shown in the context of a specific pain lands completely differently than the same feature in a generic tour.

That said - the quality of that personalization depends heavily on how well the agent is configured. The more context you give it about your ICP and common pain points, the sharper the discovery conversation gets.
