How flexible is Needle's ability to help me personalize my outreach based on potential pain points my prospect could be facing? I usually find being too generalized hurts my chances.

Love the "hands for the agent" approach 👏 Question on the email side: do you check SPF/DKIM/DMARC on the connected domain before the agent starts sending? From what we see at Mailwarm, that's where most outbound campaigns die, way before the copy matters.
