Hard to trust design subscriptions? That's why we built something different

by

Design subscriptions are everywhere right now, and they all promise speed, unlimited tasks, and flat pricing. Sounds good…until you actually use them.

Here’s why we decided to take a different path with NiceJourney:

Relationships come first: We don’t want to be a ticketing system. Our partners talk to us daily on Slack, and when needed, we jump on video calls. Projects are deeper than “submit a task → wait → get a file.” They deserve conversations.

Dedicated professionals: With us, our partners are not shuffled around between random designers, but they always work with the same professional who gets to know their brand, tone, and needs. That consistency makes all the difference.

All-around creative support: Most subscriptions only focus on design tasks, while we go way beyond that. Branding, copywriting, and marketing are also part of the mix, and they're all connected by a long-term strategy that clearly represents our partners' brands.

Human touch over automation: Some subscriptions run almost entirely through dashboards and bots. With us, our partners work with people who care.

Long-term partnership: Our goal is to grow with our partners, like a real in-house team.

So, we borrowed the good parts of the subscription model (flexibility, transparent pricing, etc.), but left behind the things that make it impersonal or undermine the quality of the final result.

If you’ve tried a design subscription before, what did you like and what drove you crazy?
