I am not comfortable with their pricing. It seems a bit off, I run a small development shop and their free pricing comes off as everyone is ADMIN. That is some sensitive and security nightmare. I am planning to invite my client and some devs to a single project but guess it is not just happening.
Asana does it with their free plan though. That is just one big issue. I already created some several pages.
Pros:
Notion unifies all your project tasks instead of using several services.
Cons:
Notion is still very new. I am not sure if they can last a year.

Have used notion now for a while, and helped to install into three other businesses (and more to come, for sure).
it is the only thing of its kind, saving so many apps having to be used. I literally could not run my business without it. There is a team of 4 of us, and working together has never been as easy. I love it.
Pros:
Kills about eight birds with one stone
Cons:
zapier/connections with more things needed (I think this is coming),

This software is marvellous. I wonder why the hype is not reaching the mainstream. They just did the right things and they did things right. Artistic. Smart. Innovative.
Pros:
It's the most sophisticated software to deal with information I know. It solves problems with structured data. Its breathtakingly beautiful.
Cons:
It needs a bit polish regarding glitches. Its should be easier to get things in large scale (lets talk a directory of files.)

Notion enabled me and my secretary to really dive into deep fun productivity modes. It's just so versatile that you can mold your workspace into practically anything! 1 month is an understatement for how long I've used so I put 1 year. Actually, I've been using notion for just 4 months as of writing but it transformed the way I work and organize my business and personal information. Thank you very much to Francesco D'Alessio and his Youtube channel KeepProductive for introducing me to this app. I was over a year searching for something as customizable and granular as this, forcing myself to use tools not really functioning well for my use case. Fortunately, Notion ticks almost all of the boxes, not without caveats, but with extreme complexity of capabilities.
What we've done so far:
+ Migrated most of the business administrative processes into Notion
+ We manage clients, projects, orders, payments, content, business knowledge, leads, and more using tables we created from scratch.
+ Each entry on a table is its own page!
+ Manage our household using Notion - supplies, repairs, other mundane stuff
+ Make proposals and custom pages which we could then share to Clients or leads. We don't have a website so for the meantime, we make project proposals in Notion which can be extremely customizable despite its limits.
+ Great embed tools
+ Beautiful interface. really simple. The new dark mode is elegant and more colorful.
+ Customizable icons and headers which will make your experience using it wonderful.
+ Use it for simple bookkeeping. We track expenses here, attach receipts, make reminders of upcoming due dates, manage tax schedules, and more!
+ ONE TRUTH principle lives on Notion. You can use it like a Wiki and create topics for internal processes. All your info can be there and you can update it really easily when you have to. Also we've made databases of our financial information, personal information, services we're subscribed to, and more.
What stands out:
+Interface
+Page structure is infinitely useful
+Tables, Boards, Calendars
+Columns
+Headers, subheaders function
+TEMPLATE CREATION
+Private workspaces for all paid users unlike Airtable which asks you to pay more for your own private workspace (like managing your life). Notion does not rip you off for more money just so you can work on your personal data management.
Apps we've replaced:
+ Airtable. Notion is not as powerful as Airtable but it's got the essentials! I look forward to lookup, more currencies, more powerful custom columns, questionnaire/forms, formulas, pivot etc. What's better is that we can organize better in Notion. Each page can have multiple tables and you can drag templates into your table such that your table entries will have extremely powerful data structuring as you expand them.
+Evernote. Well, Notion is not quite a rich text editor. There is no align center, indention, etc. However, you can create notebooks as pages that contain more pages, arrange them into columns by topic or type. To do this, you can start with an Inbox table on your dashboard then add entries. You can move them to their respective pages later.
+Trello. I hate the look of Trello. It looks so outdated. Asana shits on trello but Asana is not quite as functional. On Notion, you don't need power-ups because each entry is its own universe which you can customize to your needs. While Notion could use further upgrades to its Boards function, you get what you need right out of the box and even stack boards on one page. Wish I could show mine but it's really complex and powerful and granular just as we need it.
+Monday. We've only tried Monday for a quick trial and I figured you can do the same on Notion, sans the timeline. It's because you can make your own 'pulses' and categories on just one page using Boards and stack them right up, add more properties and such. Monday is sooo expensive for us and it's quite underwhelming for what it is.
+Dropbox Showcase. I've never had Dropbox Showcase but was previously contemplating its use. As a graphic designer and entrepreneur who designs and supplies shirts, I always wanted a tool to showcase what I'm presenting. With Notion, I can make custom project templates, click a button to reproduce the template, customize it to my liking - add images, create tables for quick quotes, , add special terms, insert my Terms and Conditions, benefits, promotions, contact information, and more without having to copy paste a lot of things. I can update the template creation tool and start there for the next time I've updated the template. Really cool. My clients are super impressed with the presentations. They can see the Notion pages if you Share them and make them public. I use Rebrandly to shorten the Notion links and customize it for the client.
+Process Street. I've only tried a trial of process street but making your own process management pages is quite easy on Notion via boards, tables or pages. I may have underestimated Process Street but using Notion makes it feel unnecessary as a standalone.
I've got a lot to say but Notion really rules!
What it lacks:
- More powerful table functions, formulas, and more which exist on Airtable. Airtable is much more expensive though and you HAVE TO PAY separately for a private personal workspace which makes it practically a rip-off compared to Notion's free Private workspace (where you can add endless workspaces).
- Regional pricing like most other productivity apps. I don't complain but Evernote, Adobe CC, Microsoft, and Gsuite all have regional pricing and it's a nice-to-have so customers from 3rd world countries like Philippines can enjoy reduced pricing.
- A better iPad app. Currently, the iPad app is a blown-up phone app without the versatility of the desktop app. You can't drag, drop, or fine-tune the workspace. It's just an experience which begs for more. On the other hand, the Desktop app (and web version for desktop) works miracles.
-I could say more but I'm running out of time! I frequently tweet @NotionHQ suggestions and they do read and reply fast! :)
Overall I am extremely pleased with Notion. I am happy with the pricing and how quickly they update their product. It has transformed the way we work and it's a worthwhile investment as long as you use your imagination (and a little bit of information architecture) to make a solid customized workspace that suits your needs. I will recommend this to anyone managing businesses.
Pros:
- Incredibly versatile
- Endless possibilities
- Cheap personal tier
- VERY powerful!!!
- Tables / Boards / Calendars
Cons:
- Lacking integrations
- Tables could do better. It needs Frozen columns!
- iPad App is lacking
- Complex pages can cause lag/some slowness

Hi. Just checked out Notion. Just wow. It has everything I need to be productive under one roof. Especially love the writer tool. Awesome layout features. Just one thing. Need realtime collaborative editing for the writer tool. Hope you guys have that on the pipeline.
Keep up the good work.

Notion has outdone every productivity tool I have ever used. I might just delete the rest if this works out for me and it looks like it will. Amazing work.
Pros:
Simple, organised, very simple blocks that can create the most sophisticated workflows. Has basically every productivity tool built-in.
Cons:
Would appreciate quick note taking and a few web integrations like with google docs.
