As a newbie, I find Notion quite fascinating but also a bit complex.
Notion is really versatile. It combines note - taking, task management, and database functions. You can use it to jot down daily thoughts, organize work tasks, or even build a personal project database. For example, I can create a to - do list for my study plan and add details in a database - like format. The interface is clean and allows a lot of customization. You can freely arrange different "blocks" to build your own unique workspace, which is pretty cool.
However, compared to some other tools like Feishu Docs, Notion has a steeper learning curve. Feishu Docs, which is integrated in the Feishu office suite, is more straightforward for Chinese users. It has a simpler and more intuitive layout. For instance, when I want to create a simple team meeting note, Feishu Docs lets me quickly start with its easy - to - use templates. And it has better compatibility with Chinese - based apps and services. I can easily embed Bilibili videos or Baidu Maps in Feishu Docs, while in Notion, such integrations may be limited or not work well in the Chinese context.
In terms of functionality, Notion offers more in - depth database and advanced customization features.
