Notion 2.0 - The all-in-one workspace - notes, tasks, wikis, & databases

Hey, I think this is my new "one love" very nice feature with different workspaces! Perfect! And also I like the design. Absolutely WOW

Roadmap template needs improvement, more templates would accomodate to more usecases.

I heard about this on Twitter as I was looking for an Evernote replacement. This is everything I like about Evernote and Confluence in one package w/o any of the bad. This is as close to perfect as I can imagine for my use cases and preferences. I'll may update this review later with more specific feedback after I've used it longer.

It's just the best note taking product. You can replace evernote todois and trello.

We have been using Notion for several weeks now and it has made daily work much easier. We use Notion for planning, documentation, roadmap, todos, feedback, ... almost all kinds of activities in our company, except chat (therfore we have slack ;). It saves us a lot of time and replaces several of the tools we've been using so far.

Not only is this the best wiki documentation tool I've used, it seamlessly integrates project management within the tool which is better than standalone apps like Trello. The design is also a joy, it's fun adding an icon to each page title and browsing through the page tree. There was no need to read a manual to figure out how to do things. Since it has minimalistic + icon to search for widgets instead of a wysiwyg toolbar. At first, I was resistant to this design over WYSIWYG toolbar, but I became convinced after multiple uses that being able to search for widgets to use is much more convenient than having to learn what each icon in a toolbar means. Thank you Notion team for this amazing productive tool. Saved me money on having to subscribe for multiple other tools like Trello, Wiki, etc.. because this combines what's needed in a elegant simplified package

I was looking primarily for a personal project management app, and discovered this. I liked the UI better than Trello, and in the end this was useful to work within a small team too.

Pros:

Ultra-flexible, minimalistic note-taking App. It is a breeze to work with, and the App Onboarding is fantastic.

Cons:

For certain tasks, I think Dropbox's Paper can be just as useful. Especially for those who are seeking minimal features.

I love this app, use it all the time.

Global search is fantastic. File upload is super helpful. Collaboration feature is great. Ability to live publish a page is super helpful.

Cons:

The templates available are limited, but do the job.

UX can do with some more work, especially on how-to stuff.

Would recommend spending an hour with it, try to build a project or a database and understand you will come back often to it. It updates in real time when working at multiple hands on it.. It's really powerful while easy enough

Exceptionally complete project management / personal organiser software with a native app on MAC. Very versatile & powerful

Cons:

As a long time user of Evernote / Gsuite / Trello / AirTable - this software is the ring to rule them all :)
