Been a user of private beta for two weeks and I’ve happily switched from Wunderlist + DBPaper + GDocs. Now all we need is forms and slides :).

Amazing update congratulations Notion team for the great updates in 2.0 it is getting closer and closer to become an all in one app. Few of my concerns: - All white design is easy on eye but very boring. Options to make this background colourful would be great addition. -Many times I feel that this app can do many many things but the learning and finding the use case have a steep learning curve. -quick find in the app doesn’t search everything in my database. Like the data from the tables.

@nilsej Agreed on the white design. Especially as a dark mode guy.

Absolutely love Notion, both product and support is outstanding. Addition of Kanban and tables is a great move and execution - how I feel sad everytime I have to use confluence now! However I also second the need for getting in integrations. Having Airtable embedded in a Notion doc, would be very, very useful. Please keep focus on speed and performance and keeping experience light weight, although it’s an advanced product. Much kudos!

I generally hate organisational apps like this - I don't tend to organise anything. Just pile it up and if I need it, search for it. But this offers structure coupled with immense flexibility to build whatever format I need.

Pros:

Clear, unobtrusive & to the point.

Cons:

None yet

It literally changed my life, as ludacrious that may sound. I use it to organize my personal stuff as well as two businesses that I'm running. Todo's, calenders, lists, Kanbans, bookmarks, notes, CRM's, knowledge base, etc. you can use Notion as a replacement for all these tools and more. Your creativity is basically the limit of possible applications. But it not only replaces all of those tools, it combines them in such a great way that you literally only need one tool to organize your entire business / life. I've used and tried so many apps throughout the years. Notions trumps them all. </fanboy rant> For real though, try it.

Pros:

- It replaces your entire(!) organizational stack

- Great flexibility in terms of combining internal compontens

- Fast on all platforms

Cons:

- zero

bump

I have being using and switching from agenda, trello and bear writer. This is the complete solution for me. I would be good if i can export all of the note on one go or backup the whole thing on my local drive.

Pros:

All in one

Cons:

None so far
