Notion is the all-in-one workspace. From notes, tasks, wikis, to database, Notion is all you need. Works great for teams and individuals. Available in the browser, iOS, Mac, and Windows.
This looks awesome. I recently signed up for Slite which is more team-oriented, so this looks perfect for someone like me who just wants to have my all resources organized in one place. Good work #notion team! 🔥
Signed up for Notion yesterday, already loving its power and flexibility.
Pros:
User friendly, feature-rich, extremely flexible. Great import/export options, syncs instantly.
Cons:
Almost nothing significant – iOS app can feel sluggish, macOS app is non-native

Is there calendar integration?

This looks perfect. I am kinda confused of interface, because for fresh user everything looks almost the same, but I know that I have to get used to it and I think this is gonna be my first organizing tool. Congrats! ✌🏻

I love everything about Notion. It's the first tool that I truly love.
Pros:
- It matches the way my brain works. Super easy to organize my businesses
- Intuitive for my staff too!
- Keyboard shortcuts make me fly
Cons:
- The only thing I can dredge up as a con is that I want Shift + Enter to close cards on boards.

I've been using Notion since 2016. I was mucking about in Evernote before that— it was the right decision to move.
The product seems to have evolved from a drag and drop rich text editor to something better than I could have imagined it. As an artist and designer I use it to manage and write proposals, track projects, capture articles and inspiration, take notes, and generally keep my life together. And I know that I'm only scratching the surface of what Notion is capable of, with integrations and collaboration. Maybe someday I'll convince my coworkers to switch over from confluence. For now I'll stick to using it, and enjoying it, solo.
I don't have a hyper-branded image to maintain, so it's worth it to present my work in a simple and organized way. Who would think it could make such a good portfolio tool!
Pros:
Beautiful, clean, and handy. Notion 1.0 was like lego for your knowledge, and Notion 2.0 is like lego for your knowledge and tasks and data.
Cons:
Copy/paste doesn't keep column integrity. That's a small complaint, because I still feel like everything about the app is perfect.

Believe it or not I even use it as my art portfolio: http://lucasglenn.net
