by

Notion is the all-in-one workspace. From notes, tasks, wikis, to database, Notion is all you need. Works great for teams and individuals. Available in the browser, iOS, Mac, and Windows.

I am fun of Notion, I used it for my math classes, tutoring, for design projects.

But one day it started to freeze all the time, so I dropped =(

Pros:

UI, UX

Cons:

Slow, no ability to select all text on page

Christian Seel

We're using Notion since a few month in our web agency and are really happy. It's really fun to use and let's you organize content in a great way.

Pros:

Super simple, easy to use, great responsive interface

Cons:

missing APIs

Igor Bonatto

I've been using Notion since an early beta version and as the application evolved I've gradually replaced many other tools (such as Trello, Asana, Docs...) and stuck with only Notion. Very polished, very useful, and the team is very kind and responsive. This 2.0 version tackles its only weakness (until now) which was tables.

Pros:

All your startup need in a single application

Cons:

Used to be tables until version 2.0

Jason Jensen

It's impressive that you really only need the web app. There is an iOS app, but the web app work great on android phones.

Pros:

Full of features, clean interface, so far it just works. It can support a multitude of different ways to organize your work.

Cons:

Pricing is great for full-time teams, but not great for working on multiple projects with different groups.

Joanne Tsai

Really love your design about table!

And it's so great to give feedbacks to you because you always give good response to me! Never late! Always punctual!

Pros:

Excellent table+database function, great tags, great block-based design

Cons:

can't customize fonts

Madeline Pickering

Wow! I've used Trello, Evernote, Roadmap, Basecamp and more, and this replaces all of them. I store all my user feedback and insights in Notion. We use it as a team for our product roadmap, release notes, company handbook, and CRM.

Pros:

Organize any kind of information, great design documentation tool

Cons:

Nothing

@phuckiennguyen It's world wide. Refresh CMD/CTRL + R, or restart your app, if you don't get it.

Notion is one of my favorite products, hands down. It's good enough to get me to switch away from vim + dropbox for notes, no other notes product I've tried (and I've tried a lot) has ever come close to being good enough.

Congrats on the launch! I love Notion. It's like Quip had a baby with Pages and added extra features. Best of so many worlds. Some constructive feedback - it'd be great to have a paid tier in between the free and the pro version. I'd love unlimited blocks and don't really need the rest of the features of Pro.

I've been a big fan of Notion for two years, and what has always amazed me is how the product has continued to involve and be heavily integrated into all aspect of my workflows from personal, work and side projects. I was a beta tester for the tables product for a few months now and it is the first thing I create when I start a new workspace to help keep track of progress, resources and organize information. If you haven't already tried Notion, it's a new paradigm on how we view the workspace software that has and will continue to exceed my expectations.
