It's your all-in-one workspace for notes, tasks, wikis, and databases. It also works offline and syncs great with the browser/iOS/Mac/Windows app!

Best
We're a bootstrapped startup based out of Goa, India. After paying up for our domain and e-mail IDs, we straight up paid for notion.so! Why? Because it is a killer product -- hard to ask for more from a workspace app. I no longer have to hobble across multiple apps, docs, spreadsheets and wikis to keep my work going. The support that we get is quick and awesome.
P.S. - We've repurposed notion enough to use it as an MVP. Works wonders.

beautiful markdown-based notes
Pros:
best note-taking app I've ever used
Cons:
API not yet released, developer says soon!

It's the best wiki we've ever used. Competition doesn't even come close, it's in a league of it's own.
Pros:
Saved our company from siloed knowledge.
Cons:
iPad app needs love to match the capabilities of the desktop version. Otherwise it's perfect.

A one-in-all toolbox. It's intuitive and widely customizable., making it useful for a wide amount of usages. I've organized characters, stories, website content and made Q&As that look clean and pretty. I also love their table block, which enables you to make a little database that you can freely sort using your own tags and fields, such as date, files, links, relations and so much more. This block can also be turned into a kanban-board such as Trello, which gives you a very visual overview grouped by the field you desire.
When I joined the beta, I was amazed by how similar it looked and functioned to the desktop and browser view, and had almost no troubles when using it. It's also very easy to give feedback, report bugs or come with suggestions, and the crew is friendly and helpful.
Pros:
Clean, pretty, customizable, great customer support, versatile. They also have great options for working cross-platform.
Cons:
It's a fairly new product, so some features are not yet implemented; i.e. the way images are managed still needs some polishing.

There is no better tool for work organization, small team project management, and notes, than Notion.
Pros:
Easy to use and intuitive. You do most of your organizing by draging or using shortcuts.
Cons:
Takes some time to learn all the cool shortcuts and options.
