It's your all-in-one workspace for notes, tasks, wikis, and databases. It also works offline and syncs great with the browser/iOS/Mac/Windows app!

I've been a heavy user for 1 year. It's hard to me to remind when I become so excited about using an app. Notion is something I've waiting for so long... As a professor, it is a priceless resource since I can add my students to any page so they can collaborate beautifully. It can easily replace Moodle and other educational products. It also works well as an intranet, knowledge base, project manager, CMS and more. I also use it as a GTD tool!
Pros:
Easy-to-use, very complete, flexible
Cons:
Offline mode still needs some love

really interesting product. i'm in love with it. nothing else like it.
Pros:
integration of almost everything a small agency would need. so clean and simple to use.
it actually makes you smile to use it!
Cons:
needs some instant video between team members.
could also do with a screen sharing/recording integration. Loom would be great!
I love the crap out of this tool, and I am jumping out of my seat for the new android lunch.
Pros:
This tool is the brain child of Evernote, and all the other note tools out there rolled into one. Tons of features to fill every need.
Cons:
Could use a refreshed look

Yessss! Been waiting for this for a while, and the new pricing for individuals is icing on the cake! If you can add a night/dark mode, then Notion would be perfect!
