Notion for iOS - A collaborative editor for notes, tasks, and wikis

by

A magical editor that blends real-time documents, wiki-like organization, and lightweight tasks into a single tool that can handle pretty much all of your knowledge and collaboration needs.

It also works offline and syncs great with the browser/Mac/Windows app!

You spend years struggling with emails, folder and Evernote, then suddenly you find out Notion. You get that Aha moment and realize that the problem was not you, it was your tools! You must try it in order to really understand why it is a game changer. Whenever you need support, they will treat you as a valuable friend. Congratulations to the entire team, and keep up the great work!

Pros:

Awesome as wiki, intranet, CMS, journal, team site, note-taking... whatever you want

Cons:

Could be around years before! :)

I'm a copywriter and use this for all my projects. It's super simple to create templates and drag and drop makes things easy to bring in underwriters.

Pros:

Simple and easy to understand interface, highly customizable

Cons:

copy and paste gets weird sometimes

@ivanhzhao I was one of those customers requesting it! Sorry to have bugged you about it, but this is great!

Really impressive launch from Notion. I expect some kinks on a fresh launch but Notion iOS is fully baked right out of the gate.

Pros:

Intuitive, powerful and clean

Cons:

Requests Google contacts but handles a rejection seamlessly

This by far is best life organisation app ever. I've used Quip and Evernote but the UI, integration, features and polish on this is great. How have I note come across this before.

I love Notion! We use it for all of our documentation and for storing general company or project information.

Pros:

Slick and simple interface. Responsive editor. Easy for new team members to learn.

Cons:

Offline mode w/ caching could be cool for even faster loading. Undoing is a real pain too... enhancing that would be sweet.

@ivanhzhao I have to say, I'm super excited about Notion. I only just discovered it but it has a lot of stuff I've been begging Evernote to do. I consider myself an Evernote power user but it's been extremely restrictive for me. Not sure why they don't have templates (I use a text expander to auto-insert templates into Evernote) yet and the second I saw templates on Notion, you had me pay attention. Not to mention support for code, tasks etc. It just feels amazing. As much as I'd love to switch and even pay for Notion, I can't do it just yet. A few quick questions: - Do you guys plan to support Android at some point? - I'm hooked to Evernote mobile's scanning feature. Is something like that coming? - I find organizing notes into notebooks or folders of notes overly time consuming. Tags are lightweight and perfect. Any plans to support tags? - At some point, do you plan to have an iPad app with handwriting as well? Where can we find a list of your upcoming features?

Well done guys!! This app is awesome! I have been using the desktop app for about 6 Months and have loved it! Documents look great! Shortcuts are easy to remember and pretty much anything I need to embed is very simple. Now this iOS app is going to make accessing my work docs that much easier!
