Notion for iOS - A collaborative editor for notes, tasks, and wikis

Ever since I found Notion, my workflow has changed dramatically to using only this app; Trello, Asana, Google Docs are long gone. What I like the most is the blocking structure of Notion, where you can adjust any page according to its use, make it veery customizable.

What I'm lacking only, is the option to have templates so I can ease my workflow, some @mentions could help to work with others and dark-mode which they removed in one of the updates.

I see this as a mix between GitHub and Trello. very easy to customise every page to fit your needs. I can embed InVision projects which is fantastic for designers. I love it

It's perfect for a design team, a design wiki to encourage best practices

Cons:

As it's a new product the awareness isn't there yet, so convincing people to use a new product is challenging

Notion for me is the best way to fill all current tasks (from work, personal, some notes, posts) in 1 place.

Notion is amazing! It is by far the best tool we started using with our team in the past year. The iOS App is just a perfect translation of the webapp with additional handy keyboards.

Its very easy to customize and I use it for almost everything in my life, its the most important APP in my Mac now.

If you haven't find the one, well, Notion is the one you are looking for, you are going to be surprised how awesome this App can do, just give it a shot

Notion has improved all of our operations. We use this as a team to collaborate, manage event planning, store documents and resources, track projects, and create onboarding and training documents.

I started using it a while back to save drafts of blog posts, explore new ideas, take notes from books I was reading, etc. Really powerful and versatile :)

It has replaced my use of Evernote, I really like the interface and flexibility

I signed up for Notion when it first launched on PH and it's on a short list of tools I consider an extension of my mind. The iOS app is as delightful as the web/mac app. The only thing I wish for is a way to create world-facing wiki with Notion, i.e., map a custom domain to a team page. Wikipedia would look a lot better on Notion! If that happens, all resistance will be futile.
