Notion for iOS - A collaborative editor for notes, tasks, and wikis

by

A magical editor that blends real-time documents, wiki-like organization, and lightweight tasks into a single tool that can handle pretty much all of your knowledge and collaboration needs.

It also works offline and syncs great with the browser/Mac/Windows app!

I've been testing the beta for a few weeks and it's absolutely well done. I haven't convinced my team to adopt it yet, but for personal use its been amazing!

Keep up the great work Notion!

Cons:

I've used Notion for a long time now and it's my favorite tool to organize thoughts, documents, etc. I implemented it at work for a digital studio handbook. The level of flexibility is insane. Maybe my favorite part is the team behind it, which feels like they're always working and excited about their product. So far the app works perfectly for me, but I'm sure there will be bugs here and there that will get squashed. Couldn't recommend it more.

Pros:

Beautiful, flexible, free.

Cons:

I literally can't think of one.

I have been playing around with this all morning. I think I may have found a new “must have App”. I am looking forward to finally getting organized.

Whether you want to organize your personal project, like a home inprovement or whatever (literall), or you just want to save your favorite lyrics (let’s say to translate them, or even just to take simple notes of whate you want, Notion can do that. That’s what I love the most because on this flexibility inste of using two or three app for differe yet related tasks I end up using one, Notion.

Pros:

Super flexible, great UX through simple and clear UI

Cons:

Offline mode.

I really haven't found a better tool than this one.

Pros:

You create your own process or organization that works for you.

Cons:

Trying to integrate others to set up your workflow.

I upgraded to pro ($8/mo) after using Notion for a week. Because by then I had decided that Notion is one of the single most important tool I have to organize my work / notes/ life / projects ... everything!

I've been using Notion for over a year - maybe more - to run our new business and standardize our processes. It's been AMAZING. I love the tool and can't imagine using anything else.

Pros:

Amazingly Simple. Elegantly Executed. Infinitely Scalable

Cons:

I need tables!

Can I migrate/import my notes from Bear to Notion?
Ivan Zhao
@baidoct You can export as Markdown from Bear, and import all at once. Like this: https://www.notion.so/notion/Imp...

Overall, download and give it a shot. It's a fantastic tool that very well could solve your problems!

Pros:

It's so flexible. You can form it to be anything you want. The design is also fantastic and I love the cross-platform software.

Cons:

Offline mode as others have said. I also would love to see a further sketched out to-do system.
