Back in the day, merchants hauling goods across borders had to deal with:

customs, tolls, “road protection”, a dozen small charges with different names.

They didn’t care about the labels.

They cared about one thing:

“How much do I actually keep per sack of goods on this route?”

Today, ecommerce founders face the same thing with different names:

platform fees, payment fees, shipping, ad spend, random “adjustments”.

You don’t need to remember every formula.

You just need to see, for each SKU and each channel:

After everything, how much is left per order?
