How do you actually save things from your AI chats right now?

Curious what people here are doing with their AI conversations after the chat ends.

Like — do you copy-paste into Notion? Screenshot it? Just... leave it and hope you remember? 😅

I ask because this exact problem is what led me to build OmniScriber. I was constantly losing useful stuff from ChatGPT and Claude, and my "system" was basically chaos.
