🐟 1. Préparation des alevins

Avant le transport :

  • Jeûne préalable : Les alevins doivent être à jeun pendant 12 à 24 heures pour éviter la pollution de l'eau par les excréments durant le transport.

  • Tri et comptage : Sélection des alevins selon la taille et le poids. Éviter les mélanges de tailles pour limiter le cannibalisme.

  • Contrôle sanitaire : Vérifier l’état de santé, éliminer les alevins faibles ou malades.

🚰 2. Conditionnement

  • Contenants utilisés : Sacs plastiques à double paroi, seaux, glacières ou bidons.

  • Eau propre et oxygénée : Utiliser de l’eau propre, idéalement de la même source que celle d’origine pour éviter un choc osmotique.

  • Oxygène : Remplir les sacs avec 1/3 d'eau et 2/3 d'oxygène pur (ou utiliser un système de bullage dans les contenants).

  • Température : Maintenir une température entre 24 et 28 °C. L’eau peut être refroidie légèrement pour réduire l'activité métabolique (mais jamais en dessous de 20 °C).

🚚 3. Transport

  • Durée : Le transport ne doit pas excéder 6 à 12 heures si les conditions sont optimales. Pour les longs trajets, prévoir des systèmes d'aération ou un renouvellement d’eau.

  • Densité :

    • Petite distance : 100 à 200 alevins/L selon leur taille.

    • Longue distance : 50 à 100 alevins/L maximum.

  • Véhicule : Utiliser un véhicule à l'abri du soleil, propre, avec une bonne ventilation.

  • Étiquetage : Mentionner la date, l'espèce, la densité et la destination.

🌱 4. Acclimatation à l’arrivée

  • Équilibrage thermique : Laisser flotter les sacs dans l’eau du bassin pendant 15 à 30 min.

  • Ajout progressif d’eau : Ajouter peu à peu l’eau du bassin dans le sac pour équilibrer la température et la composition chimique.

  • Libération en douceur : Éviter un choc brutal. Verser les alevins lentement dans leur nouvel environnement.

✅ Bonnes pratiques

  • Toujours transporter tôt le matin ou tard le soir pour éviter les fortes chaleurs.

  • Avoir un kit d’urgence : oxygène, seaux, anti-stress (ex. : sel), thermomètre, etc.

  • Garder un registre de transport (temps, distance, pertes éventuelles).

The slide interaction model established by PowerPoint and Keynote should be re - considered. I think that presenting the content's results and logical relationships is far more important than making minor adjustments to the visual layout. PowerPoint and Keynote have quite impressive fine - tuning abilities, but they are not conducive to quickly achieving an overall layout. When you look at the design of PageOn, it coincides with my thoughts.

  hey, yes , but the exporting for PPTX format is not stable yet , since we believe visual communication media would be more like webpages in the future .

Currently, you can export your project as:

  • PDF (for easy reading)

  • PPTX (editable slides, beta version)

  • PNG (either as a long image or one page per image)
