It's a good tool - use it!

Pros:

Big fan, used it a few times to help with client work.

Cons:

Basic, but IMHO that's helpful in this regard.

I like the idea though the UI needs to be a bit smoother. I also would be happy to be able to draw some arrows, etc. That's helpful when you're doing a review.

Pros:

Simple and fast. I like the idea. I'd use it

Cons:

There are some issues with the support of different languages. This may steal a lot of customers from you guys.

I always took so many screenshots to covey the bug to my developer, not Pastel made everything easy

Pros:

Wow, this is what I am waiting for a long time, Great work team, love it

Cons:

Nothing

The Time managing by all people but some people is done easily and https://setclockwindows.com/ some people don't so this is very helping in this matter.

This product is great, seriously. Makes design feedback super easy from wires, to design, to giving feedback on prototypes and dev all along the way. I just really wish there was a ~$9.99/mo version for small studios / independent designers & developers – $49 is just way out of our price range for something comparable to Adobe CC. Something like 1 user, 5 clients (with client mentions), 5 *live* canvases (maybe ability to archive canvases), no time limit on comments, and no exporting to Trello, all could go a really long way for basic users.

love this feedback tool. Super easy to use, and the best thing is you can start for free if you only have one client to deal with.
