Peoplebox - Build engaged and high performing remote teams

I(designer) have been working on this with a great team to finally get to this. I'm happy with how it has turned out. Hope you guys like it!

One of the best platform at this time of remote working. Good part is that the features are revolving around employees well being. Addiing to it is the most critical part in terms effective one on one meetings , team productivity etc.

Have used the product and really loved the simplicity and actionable insights that the the tool is able to give. My conversations with my team have become more efficient and direct. Love it!

Peoplebox has improved my 1:1 meetings productivity significantly. Especially in this remote world where we don’t meet our team in an informal environment, I was missing a lot of core discussions with my team. Now, I can pre-plan my 1:1s agenda in advance and track the delivery end to end. Thanks to entire Peoplebox team for building such a wonderful product.

I really liked the "suggested questions" section. How do you guys plan on scaling this feature? One of the biggest problems I faced with my teams was pushing them to ask the right questions, if this feature can help solve that, even over time, then it would be worth it.

Great to see the conversational UX for 1-1 meetings - feels very accessible and easy to use! Well structured 1-1 engagement with teammates is something that a number of managers want to do, but don't always do even during the normal times! Such engagement is even more critical in the current remote work scenario and reduced in-person connect. Peoplebox features including "suggested talking points", "action items" and "calendar integration" are very helpful to the managers to get organized on their teammate engagement activity. @abhi426, @alagu and Peoplebox team 👏👏👏

A must need for the work from home era! Great product!

Congrats @alagu and team! I am an early user of this app. This is a very good product that I would recommend for managers. Manager are always jumping between meetings so context switching is not easy, this tool will help managers to be on top of things and not drop anything. It also helps with performance review, continuous feedback and also for better 1:1s in general. In the past I have used a google doc that is shared with engineer and manager but this tool has a very good UI/UX and also prompts you with suggested questions too. I am super excited about this product and would recommend other managers to give it a try.
