Pilot - Payroll, benefits, and compliance for remote teams

As a freelancer/contractor that works abroad, this is an amazing platform to manage my contracts, payments and expenses, I love when my clients use this solution!

Congratulations to the Pilot team for this launch! You guys have been a wonderful partner. Our company started hiring nearshore and offshore developers earlier this year. That comes with its challenges but the easy part for us has been with contracts and payments. Pilot takes care of that need, the process is seamless and quick and it makes onboarding contractors a breeze. Really appreciate help from the team when I have had questions or concerns, their responses are quick and they find good resolution to the issues. Onward!

I have been using Pilot for several months now and it's been great. It does everything I need it to - onboards and signs up new team members with country-specific employment agreements, gets them hooked up to our payroll so they can get paid into their bank accounts (with team members in different countries), legal compliance, and gets them paid for their work. With a completely distributed team, with members located around the world, this platform has been very seamless.

I've been using Pilot to pay our contractors in Mexico for two years now. Works seamlessly, great UI/UX, and reasonably priced.

We've been using Pilot in our company for over a year or longer, and it really made a big difference. We tried several other solutions prior (as well as our own self-made jerry-rigged approach), and Pilot just made it sooo much better for us. Totally worth centralizing all monthly activities and approvals from managers in one place. I'm not affiliated with Pilot, but I'm recommending them to everyone I know for these purposes.

We use pilot at my work. They’re a US company and I’m Canadian so it’s our solution for getting cross border employees their pay. It’s easy to submit invoices and the UI is intuitive.

Pilot has made international hiring super seamless. While their tooling is great what's been most important to us is having access to the amazing team they've assembled. They actually helped us close a candidate by going above and beyond and helping us sort through some complex immigration related items for one of our candidates. Would highly recommend!
